How quickly can I get my translation?
Standard delivery is 3-4 business days from upload. Express
24-hour digital delivery is available for EN↔DE, ES↔DE, and
IT↔DE. For urgent requests outside these combinations, please
call us directly.
Do I need to post my original document?
No. Upload a clear scan or photo. A smartphone photo works
perfectly. The sworn translator works from your digital copy,
and your original stays with you at all times.
Will my translation be accepted by German authorities?
Yes. Our translations are produced by court-sworn translators
and accepted by German authorities, Standesämter, courts,
universities, banks, and employers. If a translation is rejected
due to a fault on our part, we redo it at no charge.
When do I pay?
We use Klarna’s “pay after delivery” option as standard, so you
only pay after you receive your certified translation. We also
accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and SEPA bank transfer.
My language is not listed. Can you still translate it?
Possibly. Our standard offering covers the most requested
combinations, but our wider network covers significantly more.

Yes. We work with law firms, HR departments, immigration
consultants, and other organisations on a B2B basis with volume
pricing and dedicated account support.
How are my documents stored and protected?
Your documents are uploaded via SSL-encrypted connection and
stored securely under ISO 27001 standards. Only your assigned
sworn translator accesses your files, and we are fully
GDPR-compliant.
